         1. #3 STARS Care Pantry: Maryann discusses how STARS generally spend their money wisely and her group gave them the full amount of money Gloria motions to fully fund personal care pantry proposal, Charlene seconds. No objections, motion passes
         2. #5 Global Programming: Brynna’s group wanted to prioritize student employees and felt this proposal accomplished that
            1. Mathews group came to the mutual agreement of 15. He is comfortable for the 17. Asks if the internal program is critically important.
            2. Vivian advocates for the international program. Vivian motions to fund $17,340 Andy seconds.
            3. Mathew motions to amend for $13,050 for student stipends and the $3,840 unrestricted, Charlene seconds. No objections, motion passes.
            4. #17 FRED: Stephanie is confused as to what the purpose of their program is. Her group decided to give them $15,000 instead of a higher amount.

Stpehanie motions to fund FRED program for $14,000 for student employees and $1,000 for student employees, Mathew seconds. No objections, motion passes.

• • • 1. #22 Slug Support: Vivian’s group suggested $15,000 for mental health and medicine. Mathew’s group agreed on $40,000 but it was a wide range. Thinks we should do less comparing what SFAC funded slug support in the past. Think’s a little less than $50,000 is good. Stephanie explains her reasoning why she thinks slug support should be funded more money. Lisa comments $50,000 almost 40% will be funded from your total allocation. Keep in mind you still have a long way to go reviewing proposals.
         1. Mathew motions to fund slug support $40,000 unrestricted, Alvin seconds. Maryann asks to table it for later. Brynna will write this down on the notes to come back later if necessary if SFAC has gone over $40,000. No objections, motion passes.
      2. #9 Linguistics Peer advisor and student events: Vivian asks if they have any sources of funding.Mathew responds how we should not let them know that they are not a priority. Mathew suggests only to fund for student payrolls. Vivan agrees with the thought process of Matthew. Mathew motions to fund $5,766 for three peer advisors for three full quarters. Vivian motions to fund $55,000 for three peer advisors for three full quarters, Maryann seconds. No objections, motion passes.
      3. #6 EOP Black Men’s Initiative: Mathew’s group did student salaries focused and came to agreement for $15,000 for student employees. Vivan’s group also agreed to the same amount. Maryann said her group also added on other things like $200 for blazers and end of the year celebration. Mathew thinks the group should keep consistency. Brynna states on Liz’s behalf, to prioritize proposals that go for student employment. Vivian agrees with Liz. Vivian hesitates to restrict only to student employees since it might not be helpful for them. Matthew motions to fund $17,500 no stipulations, no seconds.
         1. Vivian motions to fund $15,000 unrestricted, Mathew seconds. No objections, motion passes.
