    1. Oakes Tabling Debrief
      1. At least two people express interest in applying - potentially two more applications. The deadline to apply is 5:00 pm on Friday, January 16, 2026.
      2. The review committee will meet next week to review applications.
    2. CSF Winter
      1. Winter Quarter CSF meeting has been confirmed for February 7-8.
      2. Remove Cheryl from the potential attendees.
      3. Lucy suggests four people can attend, that’s two in addition to Marshall and Mel. Lucy, Marshall, and Mel will discuss the budget and get back to folks by the end of this week.
    3. Appeals Subcommittee Recommendation
      1. Lucy explains that the subcommittee met on Friday to review one appeal that was submitted by the deadline and determined to the timely and complete. The subcommittee was not able to make a determination and had additional questions. Lucy emailed the author with questions, and he responded but did not respond to the questions directly. Lucy sent a follow up. As of this afternoon, we have not heard back. Lucy will send a final notice and ask for a response by 5:00 pm today. Based on what is received, the subcommittee will make a final decision and make a recommendation to SFAC to vote via mail.
    4. No meeting next Monday (MLK holiday); starting next week, we will be meeting in small groups to begin funding call review and presentations.
  4. [2:40 - 3:15] Rating Funding Applications Workshop
    1. Overview of Proposals (high level summary of proposals received, amount requested, etc.)
      1. There are 42 proposals submitting, requesting a total of $961,846
    2. Example rating worksheet
      1. John and Aims would like to participate as well. Sezona will also participate in the review process.
      2. Meeting is now being recorded to document the workshop.
