  1. [4:00 - 4:10] SFAC Chair Report

      1. Meeting with Travis updates:
        1. The Pro and Con statements will officially be a part of the Elections Process and will be shown on the election calendar be posted over the summer for next year’s
      2. Meeting With Dan on Monday, June 8th. Look out for an Asynchronous vote through email during finals week to vote on the new TAPS Letter
      3. Thank you to those who came to volunteer at Go Bananas Carnival this past weekend! I think it’s really good for us to maintain a relationship with the other parts of DSAS that we don’t interact with as much.
      4. Saturday, June 6th, from 7-9 pm, we will have our end-of-year celebration! Stay tuned for where, but in the meantime, please place your name in the rideshare sheet if you need a ride, and if you can be a driver, feel free to place your name in the driver section so folks can put their name in a car!

    1. Overview of this year’s payroll structure and costs, and comparison to 2024-2025
    2. Proposed structure for 2026-2027
    3. Note: payroll costs can vary based on when a member begins their role, whether a member has a work study award, the number of hours worked, etc.

        1. A hiring committee will be established to hire new SFAC reps
        2. The hiring committee is composed of the Chair, Vice Chair, one continuing undergraduate member, and one continuing grad member (Nicholas). For the continuing undergrad member, if you are interested in serving, please fill out this form by Friday, June 5th. Eligible members would be: RCC, Oakes, Cowell, and Stevenson. Lucy and Mel will then review and make a selection.
